The long-awaited vote for part-time support staff to gain union certification is coming to Durham College on October 8, 2009. All part-time support staff doing work for the college as of October 8th are eligible to vote. This includes students employed under the Workstudy program.

Times for the vote are:

Oshawa Campus: 9:30 to 12:30 - Location TBA
Whitby Campus: 2:30 to 3:30 - Whitby Campus Boardroom

You will only be able to vote during the scheduled times, though you are allowed to vote at another college campus during their scheduled time.
