Scholarship Info Updated for 2010

This year's essay topic is "Given the current economic reality, and looking at your own family, how do you think yhour retirement income/pension will differ from that of your parent(s)?" The deadline to submit is May 28, 2010.

Part Time Support Staff Unionization Vote
Submitted by John Hayes on Sun, 10/04/2009 - 14:57.The long-awaited vote for part-time support staff to gain union certification is coming to Durham College on October 8, 2009. All part-time support staff doing work for the college as of October 8th are eligible to vote. This includes students employed under the Workstudy program.
Times for the vote are:
Oshawa Campus: 9:30 to 12:30 - Location TBA
Whitby Campus: 2:30 to 3:30 - Whitby Campus Boardroom
You will only be able to vote during the scheduled times, though you are allowed to vote at another college campus during their scheduled time.
